Our Equipment Design, fulfill the following steps:

Gases of Post-Combustion Chambers are treated, as follows:

  • A- Event of Abrupt Cooling of Gases from 900º up to 200º
  • B- Neutralization of acid gases with components like HCI, SO2, HF, etc.
  • C- Removal of Mercury (Hg), Particulate Material and Heavy Metals.

GAS CLEANIG SYSTEM WET WAY -9 (NINE) PROCESS PHASES

Standards Environmental Emission demand the use after the post-combustion of equipment for Gases Cleaning emitted to the atmosphere.

It is integrated by Scrubbers Towers of high efficiency, used for the removal of Particulate Material, Acid Gases and Heavy Metals. Also, it is used to inhibit generation of Dioxins and Furans, in order to keep them under specified limits.

Using this tested technology, with automatic controls, it is possible fulfill with the limits of Emission Gaseous Effluents established by the legislations, which are not much restrictive.
